Harrods Redress Scheme.

MPL Legal has been instructed by Harrods in respect of claims against them arising from abuse perpetrated by Mohamed Fayed.

Harrods, with the support of MPL Legal, developed the redress scheme as a route to compensation and support for survivors. The redress scheme went live on 31 March 2025 after a period of consultation with survivors, leading claimant firms who represent survivors, leading counsel and engagement with the appointed Independent Survivor Advocate, Dame Jasvinder Sanghera.

The redress scheme has, with effect from 31 March 2026, now closed to new applications.  For the avoidance of doubt, applications made to the scheme prior to 31 March 2026 will continue to be processed.  If you have any queries, please contact harrods@mpllegal.com
